Built in two phases (1971, 1977) as the headquarters of Kim's SPACE Group, this dark-brick complex next to Changdeokgung Palace is a love letter to Korean spatial sequencing — narrow stairs, surprise courtyards, hanok-scaled rooms. Now operating as the ARARIO Museum, it is open to visitors.
