Kyu Sung Woo

(우규승) · pronounced woo gyu-sung · KR · 1941–present

Korean-American architect based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Studied architecture at Seoul National University, then at Columbia and Harvard GSD. His Whanki Museum in Buam-dong (1992) is a quiet hillside complex housing the work of painter Kim Whan-ki. Also designed the Ahn Jung-geun Memorial Hall in Seoul.
